The satiety challenge tackled with peptides from DNF-10 - New data

DNF-10 is a hydrolysate fraction from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which acts on the gut-brain mediators of satiety, to lower calorie intake and reduce body fat mass.

NEW DATA - CHARACTERISATION OF PEPTIDES & BIOACTIVE POTENTIAL

New research on the characterisation of the active fraction of DNF-10 has been conducted: composition in amino acids, sequencing of peptides, molecular size distribution, digestion to emphasis the bioactive sequences.
DNF-10 has the potential to release sequences inhibiting DPP-4, an enzyme proven to contribute to the degradation of GLP-1.

Visit our stand H106 to discover the link between these new data and the satiety effect provided with DNF-10.
